Focus Media: Plans to acquire 100% equity of Xinchao Media for RMB 8.3 billion

Focus Media announced that it plans to purchase 100% of Xinchao Media's equity held by 50 shareholders including Zhang Jixue, Chongqing Jingdong, Baidu Online, etc. by issuing shares and paying cash. As of the signing date of this plan, the audit and evaluation of the target company has not been completed, and the estimated value of 100% equity is 8.3 billion yuan. After the completion of this transaction, Xinchao Media will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company.
