At the close of Hong Kong stocks, the Hang Seng Index closed up 0.16% and the Tech Index closed up 0.62%. Most technology stocks closed higher, with Horizon Robotics (09660.HK) up more than 13%, Alibaba Health (00241.HK) up more than 7%, and NIO (09866.HK) up about 5%.
