EchoStar announced that it has reached a spectrum sales and commercial agreement with SpaceX. The company will sell AWS-4 and H-band spectrum to SpaceX and will sell spectrum licenses to it for $17 billion. The transaction includes $8.5 billion in cash and $8.5 billion in SpaceX stock.
