The Nansha District Branch of the Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau issued an idle land certification. The certification shows that an "Idle Land Investigation Notice" was issued to Evergrande Hengchi New Energy Vehicle Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. in the early stage. The "Real Estate Certificate" has been processed for the investigated land, with a registered area of 437,400 square meters, and the certificated use is industrial land. The above-mentioned relevant departments will deal with the land in accordance with the "Idle Land Disposal Measures" in accordance with the law. According to relevant regulations, if idle land has not been developed for two years, the right to use state-owned construction land can be recovered free of charge after approval.
