According to the application documents published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, AI solution provider Unisound Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. plans to issue 1.56 million shares in its Hong Kong initial public offering (IPO), with a promotion price range of HK$165 to HK$205 per share. The company seeks to raise up to HK$320 million (US$40.8 million) and is expected to be listed on June 30. CICC and Haitong International are joint sponsors.
