AMD MI350 adopts Samsung Electronics and Micron HBM

AMD said that the Instinct MI350 series uses HBM products from Samsung Electronics and Micron. The Instinct MI350 series uses eight 36GB HBM3E memories with a 12Hi stacking configuration and 8Gbps performance, with a total memory capacity of 288GB and a bandwidth of 8TB/s.
