An affiliate of Ant Group plans to sell its remaining stake in Indian digital payments company Paytm in a deal valued at approximately $434 million, according to the terms of the transaction. Under the terms of the deal, Antfin Netherlands Holding BV plans to sell up to 37.3 million shares of Paytm’s parent company, One 97 Communications Ltd., through a block trade.
