Alight announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Shengxi Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. signed a purchase contract with Chengdu BOE Display Technology Co., Ltd. to provide linear evaporation sources, with a contract amount of 655 million yuan (tax included). The contract came into effect on the effective date and will terminate after the rights and obligations of both parties are fulfilled. According to the contract requirements, the company will complete equipment delivery, arrival inspection, installation and commissioning, training, quality assurance and other related work. It is expected that the contract will have a positive impact on the performance of 2025 and 2026, but the possibility of delaying the time of revenue recognition cannot be ruled out.
