A-share midday review: Shenzhen Component Index rose slightly by 0.17% in the first half of the day, and the consumer electronics sector exploded

The three major A-share indices saw mixed gains and losses in the morning session. By midday, the Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.07%, the Shenzhen Component Index rose 0.17%, the ChiNext Index fell 0.09%, and the Beijing Stock Exchange 50 Index rose 0.72%. The Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing stock markets had a half-day trading volume of 1.3556 trillion yuan, down 155.2 billion yuan from the previous day. Over 3,400 stocks across the market declined. Among sectors, precious metals, consumer electronics, memory chips, liquid-cooled servers, and humanoid robots led the gains, while cinema chains, energy metals, photovoltaic equipment, tourism and hotels, dairy, and cement led the declines. Many stocks in the consumer electronics sector surged, with Luxshare Precision, Honfulan, and Guoguang Electric hitting their upper limit. The liquid-cooled server sector exploded, with Invic hitting its upper limit. Foxconn Industrial Internet surged over 8% to a new record high. Siquan New Materials and Shenling Environment also saw gains. Precious metals and memory chips also saw gains. The film and television theater sector plummeted, with Jinyi Film hitting its daily limit, followed by China Film, Fortune Blue Ocean, and Hengdian Film and Television. The energy and metals sector opened higher but closed lower, with Tengyuan Cobalt, Tianqi Lithium, and Ganfeng Lithium all falling.
