Avita plans to submit its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in the fourth quarter
A source familiar with the matter has learned that Avita Technologies, a joint venture between Changan, Huawei, and CATL, plans to submit its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in the fourth quarter of this year and aims to complete the listing in the second quarter of next year. "The company is currently in the final stages of preparation (for its Hong Kong IPO) and could submit its application as early as October," the source said. Previously, Avita officials stated that CICC and CITIC Securities are joint sponsors of the company, and that the company plans to go public in 2026.
