From the effective date of the continued registration, the company will apply the articles of association formulated in accordance with Swiss law, and the English name will be changed to BeOne Medicines Ltd., while the Chinese name will remain unchanged. Ernst & Young AG of Switzerland will serve as the company's Swiss statutory auditor until the date of the first annual general meeting of shareholders after the completion of the company's continued registration.
