ByteDance denies rumors about Doubao Car: no intelligent driving business plans

According to media reports, ByteDance will develop a "Doubao Car." This initiative will collaborate with ByteDance's Volcano Engine automotive cloud business to provide intelligent driving terminal solutions focused on the two key areas of "cockpit + intelligent driving" for smart cars, mirroring Huawei's HarmonyOS intelligent driving software solutions. Upon contacting officials, a representative from Volcano Engine stated that the online rumors about the "Doubao Car" are pure rumors. Volcano Engine provides an efficient algorithm training platform for numerous automotive clients and has no plans for its own intelligent driving business.
