ByteDance donates 10 million yuan to aid disaster-stricken areas

On July 29th, ByteDance announced a donation of 10 million RMB. The donation, in partnership with the Shenzhen One Foundation, the Beijing Pinglan Foundation, the China Red Cross Foundation, and other charitable organizations, will support the hard-hit areas of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, providing emergency supplies such as hygiene products, housing, and children's supplies to address the shortage of supplies in some areas. Subsequently, the Beijing ByteDance Foundation will also focus on the needs of young people and the elderly in the disaster-stricken areas, supporting special projects such as the post-disaster Yitong Park and Yixiao School Program.
