According to media reports, ByteDance recently implemented an option issuance program for its Seed department, primarily targeting technical staff working on large-scale models. Employees are reportedly eligible to receive 90,000, 110,000, or 130,000 ByteDance options per month, depending on their overall performance and rank. These options vest monthly and are expected to be granted over 18 months, accumulating a total of millions of options. Sina Technology reached out to the company for confirmation, but no official response was received as of press time.
