CATL: As of the end of July, more than 400 passenger car battery swap stations have been built

CATL stated at its earnings conference that its battery swapping business for passenger cars and heavy-duty trucks is progressing smoothly. As of the end of July, over 400 battery swapping stations for passenger cars had been built, currently on track to meet its annual target of 1,000 stations. Approximately 100 stations for heavy-duty trucks have been built, with an annual target of around 300. Furthermore, the company and its automotive customers jointly released over 20 new "Chocolate" battery swapping models and is collaborating with upstream and downstream companies such as Sinopec, NIO, and Didi to accelerate the development of a battery swapping ecosystem.
