CMB International: Optimistic about the booming AI glasses industry, with a "buy" rating on Xiaomi, Q Technology, and AAC Technologies.

CMB International released a research report expressing continued optimism about the booming AI glasses industry. The report believes that Ray-Ban Meta's strong growth, exceeding two-fold in the first half of the year, Xiaomi's AI glasses shipment target of 500,000 units, various brands' rich product pipelines, and the continuously expanding ecosystem, AI functionality, and application scenarios will pave the way for growth in the related supply chain in the second half of this year. The report states that based on industry data, the global and Chinese smart glasses markets are expected to achieve year-over-year growth of 43% and 1.21 times, respectively, this year. As more tech companies enter the AI glasses market, cost optimization and the expansion of generative AI application scenarios will continue to drive demand in the coming years, benefiting the tech supply chain. Key tech brands such as Xiaomi have a target price of HK$65.91; optical component manufacturers such as Q Technology have a target price of HK$13.21; and speaker and microphone component company AAC Technologies has a target price of HK$63.54. All are rated "buy."
