Canadian Solar: Oriza Group plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 3% of the company's shares

Canadian Solar announced that its shareholder Yuanhe Chongyuan plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 36.8822 million shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital; and to reduce its holdings by no more than 73.7643 million shares through block transactions, which is no more than 2% of the company's total share capital.
