DJI releases explanation on the new regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration of China on power banks: battery safety inspection requirements for DJI drones and other products will not be affected
2025-06-30 15:35:34

According to DJI, the Civil Aviation Administration recently issued an emergency notice, prohibiting passengers from carrying power banks without CCC logo, unclear CCC logo, or recalled models or batches on domestic flights from June 28, 2025. After verification, DJI's drone batteries are not power bank devices, and are not included in the newly included CCC certification scope of products such as lithium-ion batteries, so they do not need to obtain CCC certification. In addition, according to the Civil Aviation Administration's notice and media reports, the new regulations only target power banks, and there is no change in the security inspection requirements for camera lithium batteries.
