DJI's panoramic camera was exposed to "lens fog", and the founder of Shadowstone responded late at night: "It's just an isolated case"
Recently, some users have reported lens fogging on DJI's newly released Osmo 360, its first panoramic camera. One user posted on social media, claiming they recorded 14-15 minutes in 8K 50fps, mounted it on the windshield in their car, and noticed it fogged up. In response, DJI's official technical support account stated that the Osmo 360 undergoes rigorous fogging testing at the factory. Opening the battery compartment to replace the battery in a humid environment (such as continuous rain and high humidity) can cause excessive water vapor levels inside the air. During high-resolution shooting, the camera heats up, and exposure to cold air can cause condensation on the lens.
