Dangsheng Technology announced that it had an early and comprehensive approach to solid-state lithium battery materials, systematically developing a solid-state battery material system encompassing oxides, sulfides, and halides. In the first half of 2025, the company's solid-state lithium battery materials continued to expand in volume. Sulfide cathode materials specifically for all-solid-state batteries were the first to achieve ton-level shipments, and its dual-phase composite cathode materials were recognized as one of the "100 New Technologies and New Products" at the Zhongguancun Forum. These products have been introduced to numerous solid-state battery customers, including Qingtao, Weilan, Prologon, Ganfeng Lithium Battery, and China Automotive New Energy, and have been successfully applied in low-altitude aircraft such as drones and eVTOLs, as well as humanoid robots. Its lithium cobalt oxide and lithium-rich manganese-based cathode materials specifically for all-solid-state batteries have secured market share with top domestic automakers and battery customers, including BYD, FAW, and Zhongke Guneng. Regarding solid-state electrolytes, the company has completed the construction of a pilot line with an annual production capacity of 100 tons for oxide electrolytes and a small-scale pilot line for sulfide solid-state electrolytes, achieving stable production of solid-state electrolytes at the ton level and securing certification and adoption from several key downstream customers.
