On the evening of September 14th, Dashi Intelligent announced that it had reached an agreement with Xiaomi's Mi Space Wuhan Information Technology Co., Ltd. to undertake the construction of Xiaomi's Wuhan Phase II intelligent project. The contract amount is 23.869 million yuan, accounting for 0.75% of the audited operating income in 2024. Reporters noted that Dashi Intelligent and Xiaomi have previously collaborated on business. In May 2024, the company announced that it had undertaken the intelligent project of Xiaomi's Shenzhen International Headquarters for a contract amount of 10.82 million yuan. In recent years, Dashi Intelligent has positioned itself as an intelligent space service provider. Based on its independently developed AIoT intelligent Internet of Things management and control platform, it aggregates modular space scenario applications to provide users with full-lifecycle smart space services in multiple market sectors such as corporate parks, hospitals, urban rail transit, and data and computing centers.
