EVE Energy releases OMNI all-round battery "in-situ upgrade" plan
At the 2025 Shanghai International Auto Show which opened today, EVE Energy released the OMNI all-around battery "in-situ upgrade plan". Jiang Jibing, the company's vice president, said that "in-situ upgrade" means to achieve different power, mileage, charging speed, and vehicle power requirements by applying innovations in chemical material systems within the same size. It is recommended to choose large cylindrical batteries for in-situ upgrades. In-situ upgrades can not only shorten the research and development time of the battery system to 3-6 months, but also reduce 80% of the research and development costs.
