Evergrande Auto: Failed to meet the listing rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and will continue to suspend trading

Evergrande Auto announced that it is required to follow supplemental resumption of trading guidelines due to its failure to meet the requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules. The company must resolve the suspension and meet all resumption of trading guidelines and fully comply with the Listing Rules by September 30, 2026, or risk delisting. The company will continue to publish quarterly updates until the shares are reinstated or delisted. Trading in the shares will be suspended from April 1, 2025, and will remain suspended until further notice.
