Evergrande Auto: The date for sending the circular will be further delayed to before July 30, 2025

Evergrande Auto HKEx announcement, also referred to the Company's announcements dated July 26, 2023 and March 27, 2024, which included the Company's annual results for the year ended December 31, 2021 and the year ended December 31, 2023, respectively, and continuing connected transactions related to greening engineering services, material procurement and sales of new energy vehicles. As the Company needs more time to prepare and finalize the information included in the circular, the expected date of despatch of the circular will be further delayed from June 30, 2025 (Monday) to July 30, 2025 (Wednesday) or earlier.
