Fulin Precision announced that its subsidiary Jiangxi Shenghua signed a "Supplementary Agreement" with CATL to revise the original "Business Cooperation Agreement". The main contents include: CATL will pay a 500 million yuan advance payment to Jiangxi Shenghua before May 31, 2025 to support the construction of its Jiangxi base (160,000 tons/year production capacity) and Sichuan Phase III (200,000 tons/year production capacity). Jiangxi Shenghua promised to complete the construction of the Jiangxi base before April 30, 2025, and achieve an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate positive electrode materials before June 30, 2025; Sichuan Phase III will accelerate the construction of an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate. Jiangxi Shenghua promised that 100% of its production capacity during 2025-2029 will be used to produce materials that meet the requirements of CATL, and CATL promises that the annual procurement volume will not be less than 80% of Jiangxi Shenghua's promised production capacity. This agreement will take effect on the date when the original contract takes effect after both parties have stamped it.
