Recently, Guangdong Mobile and ZTE Corporation jointly launched the "Wireless Fault Agent" solution in Guangzhou. The two parties launched an innovative solution based on the "ZTE Nebula Reasoning Big Model + Knowledge Graph + Operation and Maintenance Agent + Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Mobile Terminal", connecting ZTE's wireless fault expert agent with Guangdong Mobile's fault center and its handheld operation and maintenance system, completing the integration of network production processes, and realizing accurate analysis of fault hazards and front-end operation and maintenance guided troubleshooting. This solution helps reduce the average fault analysis time by 47% and improve troubleshooting efficiency by about 30%.
