At the close of Hong Kong trading, the Hang Seng Index closed flat, while the Hang Seng Tech Index rose 0.37%. The Hong Kong Tech ETF (159751) rose 0.25%, and the Hang Seng Hong Kong Stock Connect ETF (159318) rose 0.28%. Among sectors, communications equipment and leisure equipment and supplies led the gains, while integrated telecommunications services and diversified REITs led the declines. Among individual stocks, Jinfang Pharmaceutical-B surged over 106%; Yanzhou Coal Mining Co., Ltd. rose 6.51%; Sands China Ltd. rose 6.2%; Shandong Gold rose 6.13%; China Hongqiao Securities rose 4.67%; SenseTime-W rose 4.58%; NIO-SW rose 4.45%; Galaxy Entertainment rose 4.22%; China Duty Free Group rose 4.09%; and Hua Hong Semiconductor rose 4.05%. Hong Kong Broadband Network fell 23.18%; Shangao Holdings plummeted over 76%; Hon Teng Precision Technology rose 21.44%; and Haichang Ocean Park rose 12.0%.
