Hong Kong Stock Midday Review: Hang Seng Index rose 0.95% and Hang Seng Technology Index rose 1.18%

At the close of Hong Kong stocks at noon, the Hang Seng Index rose 0.95%, and the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 1.18%. China Rare Earth rose more than 12%. Xiaomi Group and BYD Co., Ltd. rose more than 2%.
