Hong Kong Stocks Midday Review: Hang Seng Index rose 1.69% and Hang Seng Technology Index rose 3.28%

At the close of Hong Kong stocks at noon, the Hang Seng Index rose 1.69% and the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 3.28%. Technology stocks rose across the board, with Horizon Robotics rising nearly 7%, Xiaomi Group and Kingsoft Software rising more than 5%, and Alibaba rising more than 4%.
