At the close of Hong Kong stocks, the Hang Seng Index fell 0.59% and the Hang Seng Technology Index fell 1.72%. The Hong Kong Stock Technology ETF (159751) closed down 2.48%, and the Hang Seng Hong Kong Stock Connect ETF (159318) closed down 0.68%. Oil and gas stocks strengthened, Shandong Molong rose more than 75%, and Sinopec Oilfield Services rose 25%. Technology and Internet stocks fell more than they rose, with Xpeng Motors and Sunny Optical Technology falling more than 5%.
