IBM plans to deliver the world's first large-scale fault-tolerant quantum computer at its new quantum data center in Poughkeepsie, New York, by 2029. It is reported that the computing power of IBM's quantum computer "Starling" will be more than 20,000 times higher than that of current quantum computers. Users will be able to fully explore quantum states, breaking through the limitation that existing quantum computers can only access limited quantum properties.
