India makes final anti-dumping ruling on Chinese glass fiber and its products

On September 8, 2025, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a public notice, issuing a final affirmative anti-dumping determination on glass fiber and articles originating in or imported from China, Bahrain, and Thailand. The ministry recommended imposing a five-year anti-dumping duty of $194-295 per ton for China, $238-254 per ton for Bahrain, and $202-394 per ton for Thailand. The products involved include glass fiber assembly roving (AR), glass fiber direct roving (DR), glass chopped strand (CS), and glass chopped strand mat (CSM). The case involves products under Indian customs code 7019.
