Intel: 18A process node will be officially mass-produced this year

On April 30th, local time, Intel announced the latest process technology roadmap including 18A-P, 14A, etc. Intel CEO Lip-wu Chen said that Intel 18A is expected to achieve mass production ramp-up in the second half of 2025, and the first product based on this process node, code-named Panther Lake, will be launched at the end of 2025. The early test wafers of Intel 18A-P have already begun production. In addition, Intel's Fab 52 factory in Arizona has completed the tape-out of Intel 18A.
