JPMorgan Chase raises Kingsoft Cloud's target price to HK$10 as AI growth prospects are highly certain
JPMorgan Chase published a research report stating that Kingsoft Cloud's stock price soared after the company announced its third-quarter results. It believes that the group is realizing a strategic transformation to artificial intelligence and embracing the financial benefits brought by Xiaomi and the entire Kingsoft Group. Therefore, the bank believes that Kingsoft Cloud's AI revenue growth prospects are more certain than many other AI stocks. It is believed that Xiaomi and Kingsoft Software's demand for GPU computing power for model training is still growing, and most of their AI computing expenses will be allocated to Kingsoft Cloud. In addition, due to the increasing complexity of supply chain management, the bank expects that the introduction of third-party suppliers to provide computing power will have a negative impact on profit margins. Overall, the bank maintains Kingsoft Cloud's overweight rating, and the US stock target price is significantly raised from US$4.2 to US$18.5, and the Hong Kong stock target price is significantly raised from HK$2.2 to HK$10.
