LONGi Green Energy breaks two world efficiency records in the photovoltaic industry

On June 12, at the 2025 SNEC International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy Conference, LONGi Green Energy announced two technological breakthroughs: Authoritatively certified by the U.S. National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), its independently developed large-area (260.9cm) crystalline silicon-perovskite two-terminal tandem solar cell conversion efficiency reached 33%, setting a new global large-area tandem cell efficiency record. At the same time, LONGi Green Energy's BC battery module efficiency exceeded 26%. The company said that the two achievements were simultaneously included in the 66th edition of the "Solar Cell Efficiency Table", marking that China's photovoltaic technology continues to lead the world.
