Meiliyun: The court ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation application of the company's shareholders

Meiliyun announced that its shareholder, MCC Paper Group Co., Ltd., received a notice of acceptance from the Zhongwei Intermediate People's Court regarding a creditor's bankruptcy liquidation application against MCC Paper. The court accepted the case on September 17, 2025. The court also ruled on the same day to accept the creditor's bankruptcy liquidation application. The company's production and operations are currently operating normally, and the aforementioned matter will not adversely impact its daily operations.
