The average daily order volume of Meituan's non-meal instant retail (Meituan Flash Purchase, Xiaoxiang Supermarket) in Beijing has steadily exceeded 1 million orders. A previous set of public data showed that last year, Meituan's flash purchase of alcohol, water, snacks, dairy products and other fast-moving consumer goods exceeded the entire site of many e-commerce platforms, and Meituan's non-meal instant retail daily order volume exceeded 18 million orders. Based on the rapid increase in user stickiness and shopping frequency, Meituan officially launched the "Meituan Flash Purchase" brand on April 15.
