Meituan waives riders’ takeaway locker usage fees

Meituan officially announced on April 30 that starting from 0:00 on May 1, 2025, the platform will provide delivery rights for Meituan riders, which can be automatically redeemed to pay for the entry fee of the takeaway cabinet. When Meituan riders deliver to the cabinet, the system will automatically redeem the entry rights for the riders without paying any additional fees. The rights cover all Meituan takeaway cabinet locations, and are delivery services provided by Meituan’s dedicated riders and Meituan crowdsourcing riders to Meituan users.
