Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation to acquire full stake in NTT Data

Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) will reportedly make NTT DATA, a subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone, a wholly owned subsidiary through a takeover offer.
