OpenAI and Microsoft seek financial concessions to adjust equity ratio in restructuring

OpenAI is reportedly seeking new financial concessions from Microsoft, its largest shareholder, which it wants to give Microsoft a stake of about 33% in the reorganized unit in exchange for giving up its rights to share in future profits.
