Oracle says to invest $3 billion in AI and cloud infrastructure in Germany and the Netherlands over next five years

Oracle said in a statement on Tuesday that it will invest a total of $3 billion in artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure in Germany and the Netherlands over the next five years, including $2 billion in Germany and $1 billion in the Netherlands.
