Qingdao Shinan District releases three-year action plan for artificial intelligence, striving to exceed 20 billion yuan in industry scale

According to the Qingdao Daily, Shinan District recently released the "Region-Wide, All-Sector 'Artificial Intelligence Plus' Action Plan (2025-2027)," aiming to expand the scale of the AI industry to over 20 billion yuan within three years. The plan emphasizes market-led, government-driven, and innovation-driven development. It aims to strengthen the three foundations of computing power, algorithms, and data, foster four specialized industry clusters, including AIGC and intelligent agents, and expand multiple innovative application scenarios. Aiming to achieve a leap forward in both industrial foundation and scale, Shinan District plans to establish 50 vertical domain models and 300 intelligent agents by 2027, cultivate 100 influential industry-leading companies, and promote the deep integration and application of AI technology in government affairs, public welfare, and other areas.
