SAIC Group plans to launch 17 new models for overseas markets over the next three years.
The Chinese state-owned automaker officially unveiled its global plans at Auto Shanghai 2025 on Wednesday.
Over the next three years, SAIC will build 17 all-new overseas models, including SUVs, sedans, MPVs and pickup trucks, relying on its deep accumulation of electric smart internet technology.
The company hopes its models equipped with the new HEV hybrid powertrain will cover mainstream segments of the global market.
