According to Shanghai’s announcement, the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and ZTE signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai today (June 12). Chen Jining, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Gong Zheng, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, met with Chairman Fang Rong and President Xu Ziyang. Gong Zheng and Fang Rong attended the signing ceremony and witnessed the signing. According to the agreement, the two parties will focus on new generation information technologies such as AI terminals, chips, new communications, and intelligent computing, and focus on key industries such as integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, and electronic information.
