Regarding enriching rural consumer formats, the "Measures" propose supporting media outlets and professional designers to deeply explore the unique agricultural and rural cultural resources of Shenzhen's ancient towns and villages, as well as the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone, to design and develop a series of cultural and creative products, widely utilizing national trends, animation, short plays, and games to tell the stories of the agricultural industry, agricultural brands, and agricultural professionals. The Measures also propose developing a number of strong industrial villages, connecting them with newspapers, radio and television e-commerce platforms, and channels such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Pinduoduo to jointly create "channel + terminal" digital marketing demonstration villages. Relying on sea areas and islands, the Measures propose developing marine cultural platforms that integrate food, accommodation, sightseeing, science and popularization, sea fishing, and cultural exhibitions.
