Sikrui announced that the company has received an "Administrative Penalty Advance Notice" from the Sichuan Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. According to relevant regulations, the company's stock will be subject to additional risk warnings. Trading of the company's stock will be suspended for one day on September 22, 2025, and will resume on September 23. Upon the resumption of trading, the company's stock name will be changed to "ST Sikrui."
