On October 23rd, at the 2025 New Energy Battery Industry Development Conference, Sunwoda launched its next-generation polymer all-solid-state battery, the "Xin Bixiao," featuring an energy density of 400Wh/kg and a cycle life of 1,200 cycles at an ultra-low applied pressure of less than 1 MPa. Sunwoda expects to complete a 0.2GWh polymer solid-state battery pilot line by the end of this year. Sunwoda executives stated that the company has also successfully developed and tested laboratory samples of lithium metal super batteries with an energy density of 520Wh/kg.
