TSMC's Chiayi advanced packaging plant may face delays

Taiwanese media quoted unnamed sources in the supply chain as saying that the start of construction of the Chiayi advanced packaging plant will be postponed from the third quarter to the fourth quarter. TSMC's advanced packaging is used to manufacture Nvidia's AI chips.
