They not only harm China's development interests but also seriously undermine the stability of the global semiconductor industry chain and supply chain. China firmly opposes this. In accordance with Articles 7, 36, and 37 of the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, China has decided to launch an anti-discrimination investigation into US measures against China in the integrated circuit sector and will subsequently take corresponding measures against the US based on the actual situation.
