We must work hard on business management, strictly rectify fraud-related issues such as virtual operator phone cards, intermediate numbers, and SMS ports, resolutely plug management loopholes, prevent all kinds of resources and businesses from being used illegally and in violation of regulations, and fight a tough battle to control the source. We must work hard on technical prevention and control, carry out in-depth anti-fraud technology innovation, strengthen technical countermeasures for new fraud methods, deepen data sharing and capability linkage, and fight a proactive battle of attack and defense. We must work hard on publicity and early warning, insist that anti-fraud work is for the people and anti-fraud work relies on the people, continue to strengthen anti-fraud publicity, use artificial intelligence, big data and other technologies to continuously improve the accuracy and timeliness of fraud-related monitoring and early warning, promote the formation of a strong atmosphere of anti-fraud and anti-fraud for the whole people, and fight a protracted battle of group prevention and control.
